Ugly Love- Colleen Hoover

 Summary: When Tate Collins meets pilot Miles Archer, she doesn't think it's love at first sight at all. They wouldn't even consider themselves friends. The only thing they have in common is a mutual attraction. Once they get to know each other more, they realize they have the perfect set-up. Since he doesn't want love and she doesn't have time for love. Their arrangement could be seamless as long as Tate can stick to the only 2 rules Miles has for her, which are never ask about the past, and don't expect a future. They thought they would be able to handle that, but quickly realize they can't. Love gets ugly. 


After reading almost every single one of Colleen Hoover's books I can honestly say this is my favorite one. The storyline was truly amazing to read. This book was really intense and had soo much emotion that went into it that kept me hooked the entire time and had me wishing it would never end. The ending was such a turn of events which I think is why it kept me on my toes.  I highly recommend this book to everyone.

    As someone who doesn't read that often, I took the time to read this and I can say that this tugged at every single heart string. Hoover did a phenomenal job at establishing the characters and seeing their progression throughout the book. This was a phenomenal read and I totally agree that it is my favorite book that I have read!

It Starts With Us- Colleen Hoover

 Summary: It Starts With Us is the second book that goes along with It Ends With Us. In this book Lily and Ryle start to learn how to coparent now that they are divorced. Lily runs into her first love, Atlas again and they go on a date. Atlas is the one man Ryle does not want Lily to be with. Lily has to learn how to navigate around her ex husband and learn to do whatever she wants. Atlas and Lily really hit it off, and Atlas tells her that she changed his life and taught him what love was. Ryle is so mad at that fact that Atlas and Lily are together, Lily has to hide from him. Atlas and Lily are able to move on having to deal with Ryle and get to live their happily ever after.  I think this book had a lot more twists then It Ends With Us. It took a lot of bravery for Lily to be able to stand up to Ryle and be able to continue to a relationship with Atlas despite having to deal with an abusive Ryle. Losing Hope- Colleen Hoover

 Summary: This is the second book in the Hopeless series, and we finally learn the truth about Dean Holder. His life has been overshadowed by a lot of guilt, and he is haunted by the little girl he couldn't save from danger. He has continued to look for her, hoping that once he finds her it will bring him the peace he needs to move on. Holder couldn't even imagine the pain he would feel as he reconnects with her for the first time. He explains the events of Sky's childhood that affected him and his family. He can only love himself when he starts to love Sky.  Given this was the second book in the Hopeless series and I really liked the first one, I had a lot higher hopes for this one but it kind of disappointed me.
